Currently, we are looking for Store Managers for our store located in the district of San Juan de Miraflores, at Mall Plaza Angamos shopping center. **How will we support you day-to-day?** * We will accompany you from day one and focus on enhancing your talent. * We guarantee a stable position and continuous training, as you will become a fundamental pillar for us. * From your onboarding, we will support you with an induction and training process to familiarize you with our culture and way of working. You will also have access to continuous learning tools to further enhance your skills. * We offer a weekly schedule of 48 hours (aligned with mall operating hours). * You will receive a **base salary of S/2,800**, plus sales commissions and performance bonuses. * You will enjoy exclusive discounts on all our products. **Important:** This role operates on **rotating shifts** within the mall’s operating hours, from **9:30 a.m. to 10:30 p.m.** **What will your in-store responsibilities be?** * Drive sales while maintaining customer service standards and ensuring a unique shopping experience for our customers. * Handle staff recruitment to build your store team, train new talent, and manage schedules and vacations to ensure smooth store operations. * Analyze KPIs and co-develop action plans with your team to positively impact store goal achievement. * Manage stock, visual merchandising, and store organization using all the tools we provide. * Lead, motivate, and inspire your team. **What do we expect from you?** * Passionate about customer service and highly motivated to further develop your sales skills. * Proven experience leading store teams and familiarity with the Retail sector. * Experience working with KPIs and sales targets. * A role model for your team, achieving outstanding results together. **Do you like what you read?
