




Job Summary: We are seeking a Technical Support Assistant for a leading retail company, responsible for assisting with PC and printer issues, equipment inventory control, IT security, and system and network configuration. System and network installation and configuration A well-established retail company with over 24 years of experience, market leader in its sector, and with locations in major shopping malls nationwide, is currently seeking: TECHNICAL SUPPORT ASSISTANT Requirements: Graduate in Computer Science, Information Technology, Systems Engineering, or related field (mandatory). 1 year of experience in the position. Knowledge of assembling and identifying issues with compatible CPUs (Lenovo, HP, Dell), and experience using remote desktop software such as AnyDesk, TeamViewer, LogMeIn. Availability for working hours: 8:30 AM to 6:00 PM. Willingness to travel to provinces (all expenses covered). Responsibilities: Provide technical support to stores regarding PCs, printers, etc. Manage equipment inventory (desktop PCs, laptops, etc.). Administer the company’s IT security.
