A leading industrial company is looking for top talent to fill the position of Training Management Assistant to join its team, with the following requirements: **Requirements:** * **Experience delivering training to clients and instructors.** * Bachelor's degree or currently pursuing a degree in Industrial Engineering, Safety Engineering, Occupational Health and Safety, Industrial Management, or related fields. * Knowledge of NFPA standards and industrial safety regulations. * **Minimum 2 years of experience in coordination, administrative support, or training management roles. (Mandatory)** * Experience coordinating activities, tracking clients, and managing documentation. * Experience developing or updating training materials and content. (Desirable) **Responsibilities:** * Coordinate training activities with clients and instructors. * Track scheduling, confirmations, and rescheduling. * Update CRM, generate reports, and monitor departmental KPIs. * Manage evaluations, surveys, and certificate distribution. * Provide logistical support for in-person and virtual training sessions. * Record commercial opportunities identified during service delivery. **Benefits:** * Salary: S/. 1600 to S/. 1800\. * Mobility Bonus. * Full payroll registration. * Career development path and positive work environment.
