Support in key areas such as logistics and quality A leading company in the industrial sector is currently seeking an **Administrative Intern for the Inspection Division** **REQUIREMENTS** * Technical or university graduates in Industrial Engineering, Administration, or related fields. * Six months of experience performing administrative functions in the Inspection sector. * Advanced Excel, Word, and Microsoft Office. * Experience with ERP ODDO (preferred). * Availability to work in Surquillo. **RESPONSIBILITIES** * Send certificates issued by the Inspection and Certification Department to respective clients. * Receive documents issued during the inspection and certification process. * Transcribe and digitize documents issued during the inspection and certification process. * Prepare APG's and assist in tracking them. * Assist with billing control for services rendered. * Support the logistics department with equipment receipt and delivery note issuance. * Assist the quality department with documentation tasks. * Support service tracking review. * Perform other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor. **BENEFITS** * Compensation of S/1200 soles. * FOLA insurance. * Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., and Saturdays, 8:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. * Location: San Isidro. * Pleasant working environment.
