Collaborative work environment The company **S\&S REFRIGERACIÓN S.A.C.** is currently recruiting personnel for the air conditioning and ventilation sector — candidates who have recently graduated or are in their final academic cycles of Industrial Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Business Administration, Environmental Engineering, Marketing, or related fields. \- Located near the district of LA MOLINA. (Mandatory) \- Direct payroll registration — includes bonuses, vacation benefits, insurance, and more. \- Career progression path. \- Working hours: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:30 PM; Saturday, 8:00 AM–1:30 PM. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** 1\. Prepare quotations. 3\. Expense reporting. 4\. Manage expenses within your assigned area. 2\. Provide logistical support. 3\. Answer customer and technician calls. 4\. Prepare fieldwork reports and activity summaries. 5\. Plan preventive and corrective maintenance. 6\. Issue work orders. 7\. Delegate tasks to technicians in coordination with the Operations Manager and Maintenance Supervisor. **MINIMUM PROFESSIONAL PROFILE:** 1\. Minimum 6 months of customer service experience. 2\. Personnel management skills. 3\. Leadership ability. 4\. Analytical thinking. 5\. Strong communication skills. 6\. Proactive attitude. 7\. Teamwork orientation. **EDUCATION/TRAINING:** 1\.
