Prepare quotations. 3\. Expense reporting. 4\. Expense control for your assigned zone. 2\. Logistical support. 3\. Answering customer and technician calls. 4\. Preparing fieldwork reports and activity summaries. 5\. Planning preventive and corrective maintenance. 6\. Issuing work orders. 7\. Assigning tasks to technicians in coordination with the Operations Manager and Maintenance Supervisor. **MINIMUM PROFESSIONAL PROFILE:** 1\. Minimum 6 months of customer service experience. 2\.
