Administrative support in occupational safety and health On behalf of our client — an industrial chemical products company — we are searching for an **Industrial Relations Manager**, who meets the following requirements: **Requirements** * University degree in Industrial Relations, Psychology, Business Administration, Accounting, or related fields. * Postgraduate diploma or specialization in Labor Legislation (mandatory). * Minimum of 3 years of experience in similar positions. * 1 year of experience in companies certified under ISO 9001 and ISO 14001\. * Availability to work 100% on-site in Callao, Monday through Friday, from 7:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. * Solid knowledge of labor laws. * Experience in companies that follow standardized work procedures. **Responsibilities:** * Prepare payroll, process benefits payments, calculate severance pay, manage T\-Register, estimate provisions, etc. * Promote and develop employee well-being across the company. * Monitor attendance, punctuality, and discipline of company employees (RIT and RISST). * Schedule, request, and distribute personal protective equipment, cleaning supplies, and safety items to company personnel and visitors as required. * Prepare settlements for Complementary Occupational Risk Insurance (SCTR), Life Insurance under Law, AFP contributions, PDT for SUNAT and SENATI. * Monitor and track the Occupational Safety and Health Management System (administrative support). * Develop the Annual Training Plan and oversee its implementation. * Respond to requests from regulatory entities, including SUNAFIL. **Offered:** * Full-time employment with all statutory benefits. * Profit-sharing. * Transportation via multiple routes (near Callao).
