Assistance in verification and receipt of kitchen merchandise. 2. Rapid and orderly Mise en Place execution. 3. Maintenance of order and hygiene in kitchen utensils. At Ambaar, we are seeking top talent to fill the Kitchen Staff \- Line Cook position for the VIP lounge at the new Jorge Chávez International Airport. Will you join this great team? Responsibilities: * Assist in verifying and receiving kitchen supplies. * Correctly label products. * Perform Mise en Place rapidly and orderly, adhering to brand protocols. * Provide ingredients for food preparation across various services according to chefs' specifications. * Assist in cleaning and organizing the kitchen, ensuring proper storage of supplies and utensils. * Monitor inventory levels of products, rotation, utensils, and cleaning materials, requesting replenishments as needed. * Keep kitchen utensils, carts, and trays organized, following hygiene principles. * Verify that the buffet is fully stocked with required items. Requirements: * Technical Degree in Gastronomy / Professional Chef (Mandatory). * Minimum 6 months of experience in similar positions (with work certificate). * Knowledge of GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices). * Availability to work in Callao. * English language proficiency (Desirable).
