Position Description: We are seeking a proactive and leadership-capable Bachelor of Nursing professional to assume the role of site manager. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating daily activities, ensuring patient care quality, and supervising nursing staff. Their focus will be on promoting a safe and effective care environment, contributing to the well-being of our patients in the field of mental health. Responsibilities: Supervise and coordinate the activities of nursing staff and other personnel under their supervision. Provide direct patient care, including medication administration and monitoring of patients' health status. Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and evaluate personalized care plans. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of care provided, ensuring compliance with center regulations and policies. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Nursing and current professional registration. Prior experience in mental health and leadership positions. Effective communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team.
