Marketing and Social Media Assistant (Hybrid) We are looking for a creative, proactive individual eager to grow and join our marketing team. **Main Responsibilities:** * Respond to Instagram/Facebook comments * Post Instagram/Facebook Stories consistently * Manage Instagram/Facebook accounts * Create digital content * Edit videos * Host live sessions on TikTok **Requirements:** * Interest in social media and digital marketing * Ease of communication on camera (mandatory) * Creativity and initiative to propose ideas * Basic proficiency with editing tools (CapCut) * Prior experience in content creation is preferred **Work Modality:** On-site 3 times per week * 2 days at the office (Surco) * 1 day at the plant (Ate) Remote work: 3 days Day off: Sunday Working hours: 8 AM to 5 PM Position type: Full-time Salary: S/.1,100.00 - S/.1,200.00 per month Work location: Hybrid in Surco, Lima
