Requirements: * Minimum 2 years of sales experience (preferably in General Insurance). * Completed professional or technical studies (not mandatory). * Proficiency in digital tools. * Existing client portfolio and extensive network of contacts. * Effective communication skills, empathy, and service orientation. * Laptop required. Responsibilities: * Assist businesses and individuals in protecting their assets by managing risks. * Prospect new clients and close deals. * Provide advisory services and post-sales support. * Achieve sales targets and attend team meetings. * Record daily commercial activities.
