Join EY and together let’s build a better business world! **Requirements:** * Graduate or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting. * Experience in payroll, compensation, benefits, and/or human resources administration. * Advanced Excel proficiency (mandatory). * Power BI proficiency is desirable. * Intermediate-level English. **Responsibilities:** * Advise our clients on appropriate tax-labor treatment for their executive and foreign personnel. * Review calculations of statutory labor benefits (CTS, vacations, bonuses, profits, among others). * Review settlements of social benefits. * Verify the accuracy of payroll calculations, including salaries, deductions, and benefits. * Ensure payroll compliance with applicable labor and tax laws. * Prepare audit findings reports and present recommendations to improve payroll processes. * Conduct periodic audits to ensure ongoing compliance and accuracy in payroll processes.
