




Position Summary: Provide support to People and Sustainability Management through consolidation, tracking, and reporting of management progress across internal departments. Key Highlights: 1. Optimization of information management processes **Role Objective:** Provide support to People and Sustainability Management through consolidation, tracking, and reporting of management progress across internal departments. **Main Responsibilities:** Consolidate management reports for the weekly Executive Committee. Track the annual Master Plan of People and Sustainability Management. Centralize management indicators from various areas of People and Sustainability Management using tools such as Excel, PowerBI, and Office 365\. Track global and regional projects involving People and Sustainability Management. Track and generate progress reports on annual goals for various areas within the management function. Provide support, if required, in executing processes across various areas of the management function. Consolidate and validate the structure of all processes, policies, and procedures across various areas of the management function. Coordinate review agendas regarding progress and/or challenges of the Master Plan for each manager within the management function. Propose improvements and/or optimization of information management processes within the People area. Link Dashboards to Teams and/or SharePoint as needed. **Requirements:** Graduate of a technical or university program in Human Resources, Administration, Organizational Psychology, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. Desirable: 3 months of experience in related functions. Intermediate Excel proficiency. Desirable: Intermediate PowerBI proficiency. Desirable: SAP user-level proficiency.
