




A major retail company is looking for a Pre-Professional Intern to join our team at our headquarters! If you are passionate about your field and possess outstanding skills in human resource management, this is the opportunity for you. **WHAT WILL BE YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES?** ***Job Mission:*** Provide support in preparing management indicator reports for the department, gathering information on processes, and recruiting and selecting operational positions. Additionally, manage communications regarding relevant site events and news, and manage staff entry and exit time records. **What is the required profile?** * Graduates or students in the final cycles of Industrial Engineering, Organizational/Occupational Psychology, Human Resource Management, or related fields. * Basic-level proficiency in Office and Excel. * Knowledge of processes related to human resource management. **Your main responsibilities will be:** * Manage recruitment and selection of operational staff according to each unit’s requirements. * Provide staff support regarding attendance, payroll, leave requests, and timesheet registration. * Support supervisors on human resource management and workforce planning matters. * Send employment-related documents to staff. * Design and distribute communications regarding special dates and site events. **WHAT DO WE OFFER?** \- Remote work. \- Pleasant working environment. \- Training opportunities. \- Internship certificate. \- Assistance in coordinating with your university to formalize the internship agreement. **Requirements:** \- Must be over 18 years of age. \- Completed secondary education. \- Availability to work during pre-professional internship hours from 9:00 am to 3:00 pm.
