Candidate Profile * Student or graduate in Production Mechanics, Industrial Welding, or related fields. * Minimum 6 months of experience in metal-mechanical industry-related tasks. * Basic to intermediate knowledge of cutting, bending, and welding processes. * Proficiency in using tools and equipment such as bending machines, drills, and shears. * Experience working with stainless steel. * Ability to work collaboratively, with responsibility and commitment to industrial safety. * SENATI or similar technical institution training is desirable. Main Responsibilities * Perform cutting and bending of metallic materials. * Support welding and finishing processes for structures. * Participate in painting and surface treatment of metallic components. * Manufacture and assemble industrial fans. * Operate production tools and equipment safely and efficiently. * Comply with company-established quality and safety standards.
