Timely payments **PROLABELS**, a leading company in the printing sector, is seeking a **Production/Printing Operator** for our production area. ***Requirements:*** * Completed secondary education or technical training * Experience operating printing machines in graphic industries and/or flexographic printing (Not mandatory) * Availability to work in Chorrillos on rotating shifts (Mandatory) * Residence in the district of Chorrillos and surrounding areas (Desirable) ***Responsibilities:*** * Properly operate the assigned label gluing machine. * Perform basic maintenance and cleaning of the assigned machine during daily work. * Receive production orders or tasks assigned by the production supervisor. * Assemble and disassemble the machine according to the process (gluing or rewinding). * Replace consumables and/or spare parts required in the gluing process (e.g., solvent metering needle, solvent replenishment in reservoir, etc.). * Inspect and ensure no defects occur during the gluing and rewinding processes. * Keep the work area as clean, organized, and uncluttered as possible. * Record quantities of raw materials, work-in-process consumed and/or produced. * Perform other duties assigned by the production supervisor or production manager, within the scope of their competence. ***Competencies:*** * Responsibility * Honesty * Organization and order * Teamwork ***Benefits:*** * Payroll enrollment from day one * Timely payments * SENATI study sponsorship Employment type: Full-time Work location: On-site employment
