We seek an organized, analytical, and eager-to-learn individual who will support the company’s accounting, financial, and tax processes. **Requirements** * University or technical graduate in Accounting. * No prior work experience required. * Intermediate-level proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, basic and intermediate formulas). * Knowledge of recording and controlling payment vouchers. * Knowledge of organizing and archiving accounting documentation. * Ability to analyze and validate information. * Basic knowledge of accounting and tax regulations. * Proactivity, responsibility, organization, and orientation toward learning. **Responsibilities** * Record and enter payment vouchers into the company’s internal systems. * Support the expense reporting and validation process. * Review and verify accounting documentation, ensuring compliance with established requirements. * Organize, control, and archive accounting department documentation. * Assist in addressing internal requests related to document management. * Support monthly cost closing and report preparation. * Support the recording of accruals, reversals, and other accounting transactions. * Collaborate in activities necessary for the monthly financial statement closing. * Support the analysis of accounting accounts. * Support the validation of payroll processing and its related accounting entries. * Support the preparation and submission of declarations such as AFPNET, PLAME, SENATI, SCTR Pension and Health, and Life Insurance Law. * Perform other duties inherent to the position as assigned by the immediate supervisor.
