Job Summary: Coordinate and execute large-scale recruitment and selection processes, including job posting, resume screening, interviews, and candidate follow-up. Key Highlights: 1. Opportunity to work in a positive environment. **Working Hours:** * Monday to Friday: 7:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. * Saturday: 8:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m. (Home Office) **Responsibilities:** * Execute large-scale recruitment and selection processes. * Post job openings on various employment portals. * Conduct resume screening and telephone interviews. * Coordinate and conduct group and individual interviews. * Track candidates throughout the entire process until onboarding. * Manage and maintain an up-to-date applicant database. **Requirements:** * Minimum 6 months’ experience in mass recruitment. * Proficiency with job boards such as Indeed, Computrabajo, or others. * Immediate availability. * Strong communication and organizational skills. * Basic Excel proficiency. **We Offer:** * Formal employment registration. * Job stability. * Positive work environment. **Location:** Av.
