Tomás Valle 3821 **Salary:** S/ 1200 **Schedule:** * Monday to Friday: 7:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. * Saturdays: 8:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m. (Remote Work) * Responsibilities: * Execute mass recruitment and selection processes. * Post job openings on employment portals. * Resume screening and phone interviews. * Coordinate and conduct interviews (group and individual). * Follow up with candidates until onboarding. * Manage applicant database. Requirements: * Minimum 6 months of experience in mass recruitment. * Experience managing job boards such as Indeed, Computrabajo, or others. * Immediate availability. * Strong communication and organizational skills. * Basic Excel proficiency.
