Job Summary: We are seeking a Recruitment and Selection Analyst to execute mass recruitment processes, from job posting to candidate onboarding. Key Highlights: 1. Experience in mass recruitment 2. Tomás Valle 3821 **Salary:** S/ 1200 **Schedule:** * Monday to Friday: 7:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. * Saturdays: 8:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m. (Home Office) * Responsibilities: * Execute mass recruitment and selection processes. * Post job openings on employment portals. * Resume screening and phone screening. * Coordinate and conduct interviews (group and individual). * Track candidates until onboarding. * Manage applicant databases. Requirements: * Minimum 6 months’ experience in mass recruitment. * Proficiency with job boards such as Indeed, Computrabajo, or others. * Immediate availability. * Strong communication and organizational skills. * Basic Excel proficiency. Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent Salary: Starting from S/.1,200.00 per hour Workplace: On-site employment
