Main Responsibilities: Posting job openings on Indeed and social media Screening resumes and contacting applicants Scheduling and tracking interviews Supporting recruitment and hiring processes Work Modality and Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Saturday remote work, 8:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. Sunday off Salary: S/ 1200 + performance-based bonuses Requirements: Proven experience in recruitment and selection Proficiency in job platforms and social media Strong communication and organizational skills Work Location: Av.
