Main Responsibilities: Posting job openings on Indeed and social media Screening resumes and contacting applicants Scheduling and following up on interviews Supporting selection and hiring processes Work Mode and Schedule: Monday to Friday, from 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Saturdays: Remote work from 8:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. Sundays: Off Salary: S/ 1200 \+ performance-based bonuses Requirements: Proven experience in recruitment and selection Proficiency in employment platforms and social media Strong communication and organizational skills Work Location: Av.
