




Job Summary: We are seeking a Senior Selection Analyst to manage end-to-end recruitment processes, from job profile definition to candidate closing. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manages the full recruitment and selection cycle 2. Conducts competency-based interviews and prepares candidate shortlists 3. Coordinates with Hiring Managers and negotiates with candidates Our client, a leading asset security company, is looking for a SENIOR SELECTION ANALYST in SURCO. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Detailed job profile definition in collaboration with the requesting department. * Management of diverse recruitment sources: job boards, LinkedIn, communities, referrals, ATS database. * Candidate screening and competency-based interviews; administration/review of assessments. * Coordination with Hiring Managers and candidates; interview logistics. * Preparation of candidate shortlists and evidence-based recommendations. * Negotiation and closing with candidates; pre\-onboarding coordination. * Rigorous ATS updates and compliance with policies. * Weekly progress and risk reports for each vacancy. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Bachelor’s degree (Psychology, Business Administration, HR). * **2 to 4 years’ experience** in recruitment; proficiency in ATS and LinkedIn Recruiter (or equivalent). * Knowledge of interviewing techniques, profile calibration, and offer preparation. * Basic Excel skills. **BENEFITS:** * Formal employment contract * Salary: S/ 2500 \+ bonus: S/ 200 * Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 5:30 pm / Saturdays, 8:30 am to 12:00 pm Employment type: Full-time Salary: S/.2,700\.00 per month Application question(s): * Do you have experience handling mass recruitment processes? * Please provide a phone number so we can call or WhatsApp you * How many years of experience do you have as a Recruitment and Selection Analyst?
