**Role Responsibilities**
In this role, you will connect individuals so that progress and prosperity reach more people, families, and communities. To achieve this, your responsibilities include:
* Delivering the company’s diverse range of products.
* Managing cash handling in accordance with established procedures for cash security and branch safety.
* Ensuring compliance with parameters outlined in company manuals and fraud policies.
* Collaborating as part of a team to meet business objectives.
**Role Requirements**
* Completion of secondary education is required.
* Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service, cash handling, and cash control.
* Availability to work 9 hours per day—including a 1-hour lunch break—in rotating shifts between 9 AM and 9 PM.
* Availability to work 6 days per week, with one rotating day off.
* Flexibility to rotate across branches located in Chiclayo (Plaza VeaChiclayo – Mall Aventura; Open Plaza Chiclayo; Elias Aguirre 78\).
* A good credit history (Equifax – Inforcorp).
* Strong numerical skills, results orientation, and ability to solve problems quickly.
