What are we looking for? * Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Business Banking Supervisor in the financial sector. * Knowledge of payroll-deduction loans, payroll discounting, Business Banking, MYPE, and PYME products. * Experience leading commercial teams and achieving targets. * Leadership, motivation, and communication skills. * Analytical ability and results orientation. * Availability for hybrid work (field and office). * Personal laptop and internet access.
