Job stability with direct employment contract and full benefits 3. 100% covered meals and career development path On behalf of our client **PRODUCTOS PARAÍSO DEL PERÚ**, we are recruiting Production, Dispatch, Carpentry, and Cleaning Assistants. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Completed secondary education **(mandatory)** * No or prior experience — **FORMAL or INFORMAL** — in production, stacking, loading/unloading, or carpentry. * Availability to work 12-hour shifts. **BENEFITS:** * Base salary of **S/. 1,280 to S/. 1,650\+ overtime pay** (overtime compensated per Peruvian labor law) * DIRECT and COMPLETE payroll registration, including all statutory benefits at 100% (BONUS — two additional salaries per year, CTS — one additional salary, paid vacation, family allowance, health insurance, and other benefits) * 100% meal subsidy, providing 2 MEALS PER DAY (breakfast, lunch and/or dinner) * Career development path based on performance.
