Job Summary: We are seeking experienced drivers for passenger transportation with knowledge of local routes to provide mobility services. Key Responsibilities: 1. Drive vans from our own fleet for passenger transportation. 2. Keep the vehicle in good, operational, and clean condition. 3. Ensure a high level of service toward customers. En Directo, a mobility platform with over 17 years of experience, is looking for drivers to provide mobility services to the Costa del Sol Hotel at the new Jorge Chávez International Airport. **What We Offer:** \- Morning shift: Weekly pay S/. 480 (S/.1920 monthly) \+ weekly bonus S/.50 \+ monthly bonus S/.150 \- Night shift: Weekly pay S/.600 (S/.2400 monthly) \+ weekly bonus S/.50 \+ monthly bonus S/.150 Fully equipped vehicle. We cover all vehicle maintenance costs. Daily service assignments. **Requirements:** \- Class A2B or higher driver's license. \- Experience transporting passengers. \- Familiarity with routes in Lima and Callao. \- Availability for 5 or 6 days per week. **Key Duties:** \- Drive vans from our own fleet for passenger transportation. \- Maintain the vehicle in good, operational, and clean condition. \- Ensure customer service standards as defined by company protocols. \- Report expenses, daily output, and vehicle status to the supervisor. **Available Shifts:** * Night shift: 6 days (6 PM to 6 AM) * Morning shift: 5 days (6 AM to 6 PM) Salary: S/.2,400\.00 per month Application Questions: * Do you hold a Class A2B or higher driver's license? * In which district do you reside? * Do you have prior experience as an independent driver or via ride-hailing apps?
