What will you do? * Lead and develop field sales teams. * Drive credit placements through agreements. * Conduct daily monitoring of results and goal achievement. * Train and support the team throughout the commercial process. * Analyze performance indicators and optimize team productivity. What are we looking for? * Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Sales Supervisor in the financial sector. * Knowledge of agreement-based credits and/or payroll deduction loans. * Experience leading commercial teams and achieving targets. * Leadership, motivation, and communication skills. * Analytical ability and results orientation. * Availability for hybrid work (field and office). * Personal laptop and internet access.
