




Job Summary: Develop and manage administrative systems for personnel, work schedules, attendance, deductions, and supplier payments—including monitoring and approval. Key Responsibilities: 1. Comprehensive management of employee leave requests and work schedules, including e-commerce operations. 2. Attendance tracking and penalties for tardiness. 3. Monitoring and approval of supplier payments with alerts. \* Employee Leave Requests \* — One-click approval/rejection, visual status indicators (pending, approved, rejected) \* E-commerce Schedules \* — Weekly schedule grid showing Morning/Afternoon shifts for each salesperson, with assigned platforms (Shopify, Mercado Libre, Amazon, etc.) \* Tardiness / Biometric Clock-in \* — Record of arrival times, minutes late, monthly ranking with progress bars and classification (on time / tardy / severely tardy) \* Deductions \* — Automated penalty table, deductions for tardiness and unpaid leave, with an 'apply' button \* Supplier Payments \* — Invoice tracking, due-date alerts, payment status, and approval workflow \* Dashboard \* — Consolidated view with urgent alerts (overdue payments, pending leave requests) and recent activity Salary: S/.1,800\.00 \- S/.2,000\.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
