Opportunity to join a major logistics-sector company. **OPERATIONS ASSISTANTS – CALLAO** A prominent logistics-industrial company is seeking **Operations Assistants** to work in Callao. **Work Location:** Reference: In front of Parque Ramón Castilla **Responsibilities** * Yard cleaning. * Cleaning of trucks, gondolas, or hoppers. * Hopper washing. * Covering and uncovering concentrate stockpiles. * 100% operational work (constant movement). * No handling of concentrate. * Rotation across different areas (non-routine work). * Onboarding for the position over 10 days. **Requirements** * Completed secondary education. * Prior experience as a stevedore or in construction is desirable. * Must reside in areas adjacent to Callao. * Availability for physically demanding operational work. **Work Schedule:** **10x5** system: * 5 days of day shift. * 5 days of night shift. * 5 days off. **Benefits** * Formal payroll registration from day one, including all statutory benefits (CTS, bonuses, vacation, family allowance). * Salary: **S/ 1,250** * Food allowance: **S/ 300** (on card). * 100% covered meals. * Night shift bonus.
