Currently, we are looking for personnel to fill the BARTENDER position at our headquarters located in Ventanilla. EDUCATION: \- Completed secondary education or bartender training \- Minimum 6 months’ experience as a bar assistant or bartender. REQUIREMENTS: \- Secondary education completed. \- **Minimum 06 months’ experience as a bartender, preferably in a restobar.** \- Speed, organization, cleanliness. \- Availability to work fixed shifts in Ventanilla from 4:00 p.m. to 1:00 a.m. \- Valid health certificate. \- Immediate availability. \- Residence in Ventanilla or nearby areas. RESPONSIBILITIES: \- Prepare cocktails and beverages according to orders \- Prepare beverages (chicha, passion fruit juice, frozen lemonades) \- Proper product rotation and inventory management \- Clean and organize work area and assist in general bar setup. \- Use tools, utensils, and supplies appropriately, complying with hygiene standards and proper supply control. \- Assist in the dining room and collaborate with the entire restaurant team. \- Perform related tasks assigned by immediate supervisor.
