Position Summary: We are seeking a Chemical Laboratory Technician to perform analyses and test method validation in the manufacturing of mining reagents. Key Responsibilities: 1. Process and intermediate/finished chemical product analysis 2. Test method validation to ensure reliability and accuracy 3. Preventive maintenance of laboratory equipment RENASA, a chemical industry company with 49 years of experience dedicated to manufacturing mining chemical reagents, with international presence. We are currently seeking a **Chemical Laboratory Technician**: **Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree or graduate in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering / Technician in Chemical Analysis Technology. * Knowledge of laboratory instruments * Minimum 2 years of work experience in laboratories, including sample collection * Basic knowledge of laboratory quality management systems (ISO/IEC 17025) and integrated management systems (ISO 9001, OHSAS 18001, ISO 14001\) * English and Office skills (basic or intermediate) * Availability to work in Callao (Gambetta) **Responsibilities:** * Perform analysis of processes and intermediate/finished products (xanthates, dithiophosphates, frothers, etc.) * Validate test methods in the laboratory to ensure their reliability and accuracy * Conduct sampling and analysis of raw materials and in-process products * Periodically verify measurement equipment * Prepare and standardize chemical solutions * Prepare and analyze samples of intermediate and finished products directly at the manufacturing plant * Perform preventive maintenance of laboratory equipment **Benefits:** * Formal employment registration with all statutory benefits. * Night shift bonus in addition to monthly remuneration * Attractive profit-sharing * 100% covered oncological insurance * Work for a leading company in the production of mining chemicals At Renasa, we firmly believe in equal opportunities for all genders, promoting diversity in ethnic origin, nationality, and persons with different abilities, in accordance with Law No. 29973 "General Law for Persons with Disabilities" Employment Type: Full-time Salary: Starting from S/.1,600\.00 per month Application Question(s): * Indicate current academic degree and specialization * Are you available to work in Callao? * Indicate your salary expectation range * How many years of experience do you have in the Chemical Laboratory field?
