Position Summary: We are seeking a Chemical Laboratory Technician to perform analyses, validate test methods, sample raw materials and products, and maintain equipment. Key Responsibilities: 1. Preventive maintenance of laboratory equipment RENASA is a chemical industry company with 49 years of experience manufacturing chemical reagents for mining, with international presence. We are currently seeking a **Chemical Laboratory Technician**: **Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree or graduate in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering / Technician in Chemical Analysis Technology. * Knowledge of laboratory instruments * Minimum 2 years of work experience in laboratories, including sampling * Basic knowledge of laboratory quality management systems (ISO/IEC 17025) and integrated management systems (ISO 9001, OHSAS 18001, ISO 14001\) * English and Office skills (basic or intermediate) * Availability to work in Callao (Gambetta) **Responsibilities:** * Perform process and intermediate/finished product analysis (xanthates, dithiophosphates, frothers, etc.) * Validate laboratory test methods to ensure their reliability and accuracy * Conduct sampling and analysis of raw materials and in-process products * Periodically verify measurement equipment * Prepare and standardize chemical solutions * Prepare and analyze samples of intermediate and finished products directly at the manufacturing plant * Perform preventive maintenance of laboratory equipment **Benefits:** * Formal employment registration with all statutory benefits. * Additional night shift bonus on top of monthly remuneration * Attractive profit-sharing * 100% covered oncological insurance * Opportunity to work for a leading company in mining chemicals production At RENASA, we firmly believe in equal opportunities for all genders, promoting diversity in ethnic origin, nationality, and persons with disabilities, in accordance with Law No. 29973, "General Law for Persons with Disabilities" Employment Type: Full-time Salary: Starting from S/.1,600\.00 per month Application Question(s): * Please indicate your current academic degree and specialization * Are you available to work in Callao? * Please specify your salary expectation range * How many years of experience do you have in the chemical laboratory field?
