Ensures every client feels informed, supported, and valued **Position Overview** Sessoms Law Group is seeking a highly organized, detail\-oriented, and client\-focused **Client Coordinator / Documents Collector** to support our legal team in managing pending immigration cases with USCIS, NVC, and EOIR. This role is responsible for maintaining consistent communication with clients, collecting and organizing supporting documentation, monitoring case updates, and ensuring each case progresses efficiently to its next stage. This position plays a critical role in improving client experience, reducing legal team bottlenecks, and ensuring operational excellence. **Key Responsibilities** * Take ownership of all cases pending decision with USCIS, NVC, and EOIR * Monitor case status and provide proactive follow\-up * Maintain accurate and up\-to\-date case records in the firm’s case management system * Provide clients with regular updates regarding their case status * Return client calls and messages requesting case updates * Notify clients of all major case milestones, including: * Receipt notices * Biometrics appointments * Employment Authorization (EAD) approvals * Interview scheduling * Requests for Evidence (RFEs) and other notices * Request, collect, and organize documents and supporting evidence from clients * Coordinate pick\-up, delivery, or digital submission of documents * Ensure all documents are properly uploaded and stored in the client file * Track all pending document requests and follow up until completed * Notify Legal Assistants immediately when a case is scheduled for interview * Transfer case responsibility to Legal Assistant for interview preparation * Maintain ongoing communication with attorneys and legal staff * Ensure every client feels informed, supported, and valued * Provide professional, empathetic, and clear communication at all times * Help reduce client uncertainty during long processing times **Qualifications** * Advanced or fluent English (spoken and written) * Spanish fluency highly preferred * Previous experience in customer service, intake, call center, or legal support * Experience with CRM or case management systems preferred * Strong organizational and documentation skills * Ability to handle multiple cases simultaneously * Professional remote work environment * Reliable high\-speed internet connection * Computer/laptop and headset required * Strong communication skills * Attention to detail * Time management and organization * Accountability and ownership * Emotional intelligence and empathy * Process\-driven mindset **Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)** Performance in this role will be measured by: * Client response time * Number of active case follow\-ups per week * Completion rate of document requests * Average time to collect requested documentation * Accuracy of case file updates * Client satisfaction and communication quality **Work Environment \& Schedule** * 100% Remote Position * Full\-time schedule based on firm operations * Must be available during standard business hours * Must maintain active availability and productivity tracking during working hours (Hubstaff or equivalent system as required by firm policy) **Compensation \& Benefits** * Competitive compensation * Structured onboarding and training through SLG University * Clear performance expectations and growth path * Supportive and collaborative team environment Tipo de puesto: Tiempo completo Sueldo: S/.17,720\.16 \- S/.23,695\.57 al mes Lugar de trabajo: Empleo remoto
