A dynamic, results-oriented work environment INDIAN MOTOS S.A.C., the official representative of TVS Motor in Peru, is currently seeking a Commercial Advisor to strengthen its national sales team. We seek individuals with a commercial mindset, proactive attitude, and motivation to grow professionally within a solid and growing company. Job Objective: Manage and enhance sales within the assigned territory, ensuring achievement of commercial targets, proper customer service, and sustainable business relationship development. Key Responsibilities: - Achieve the assigned sales plan. - Conduct fieldwork and direct commercial management. - Meet established commercial performance indicators. - Follow up with customers and invoicing. - Prepare and submit periodic management reports. - Coordinate with internal departments to ensure correct order delivery. - Execute commercial activities and brand positioning initiatives. - Participate in campaigns, activations, and commercial events. - Collaborate with the team to achieve shared objectives. Requirements: - Minimum 3 years of sales experience (spare parts, lubricants, and/or tires). - Basic or intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel. - Willingness to travel across the country. - Proactivity, results orientation, and strong communication skills. - Ability to represent the company appropriately to clients. - Punctuality, organization, and responsibility.
