As part of our growth, we are currently seeking a: COMMERCIAL ASSISTANT REQUIREMENTS: - Minimum age 22 years. - Graduates or Bachelor’s degree holders in Administration, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Business, or related fields. - Availability to work office hours Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 6 PM (100% on-site). - Intermediate-to-advanced Excel skills (including macros) / Knowledge of Power BI. - Big Data handling / Database management experience. - Minimum 1 year of experience in commercial, product, or service areas. RESPONSIBILITIES: - Assist in preparing purchase orders and special orders to suppliers. - Create supplier and product records; upload data and images. - Schedule pricing updates and upload new price lists and promotions. - Analyze and generate reports on product subcategories to identify and assess opportunities. - Produce reports and manage over 10,000 SKUs. - Monitor inconsistencies in purchase orders. - Perform other tasks assigned by the immediate supervisor.
