Strategic coordination with various internal departments We are a company in constant growth! · Join our team! · Responsibilities Order and Billing Management Review, validate, and record customer purchase orders. Generate sales orders and coordinate their release for billing. Issue invoices, receipts, credit notes, and debit notes in accordance with SUNAT regulations. Verify prices, discounts, promotions, and approved commercial terms. Track pending orders, cancellations, and billing-related complaints. Ensure accurate transmission of electronic tax documents. Commercial Analysis Prepare sales reports by channel, customer, product line, and region. Analyze order fulfillment indicators, service levels, and billing cycle times. Identify deviations and propose improvements to commercial processes. Support the sales team with up-to-date information on customers and orders. Cross-Departmental Coordination Coordinate with Logistics, Planning, Finance, and Credit & Collections to ensure timely shipment and billing. Handle customer requests related to commercial documents. Participate in the implementation and improvement of commercial processes. Control and Compliance Ensure compliance with commercial and tax policies. Maintain updated customer databases and commercial terms. Perform reconciliations among sales orders, shipments, and billing. Monitor return and credit note indicators. Requirements Academic Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent in: Business Administration. Industrial Engineering. Economics. Accounting. International Business or related fields. Experience 2–4 years in similar roles within fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) or food industry companies. Experience in sales order management and electronic invoicing. Knowledge of OTC (Order-to-Cash) processes. Technical Knowledge Peruvian tax regulations and electronic tax document issuance (SUNAT). ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Dynamics, or similar). Intermediate or advanced Excel: Pivot tables. Power Query. Lookup and analytical formulas. Power BI (preferred). Commercial and service KPIs. Inventory management and supply chain (preferred).
