Opportunity for growth We are looking for a Community Manager Assistant to provide operational support for daily social media management and digital customer service. **Work Modality and Schedule** Modality: Hybrid (in-office + remote) In-office days (3 days per week): Schedule: 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Location: Office Remote days: Tuesday and Thursday: 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. 3:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Saturday: 1:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. Sunday: 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. **Responsibilities** Posting content across multiple social media accounts. Uploading daily stories. Responding to messages and routing leads. Supporting video recordings and events. Scheduling posts. **Requirements** Final-year student or recent graduate in Marketing, Communications, or related fields. Proficiency in Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube. Availability to adhere to the specified schedule. Responsibility, punctuality, and strong communication skills. *(Senior-level experience is not required).* **We Offer** Salary: S/ 1,200 per month.
