Position: Construction Assistant Workplace: Tarapoto Airport – Tarapoto, San Martín Modality: Flexible work according to airport availability Reference schedule: Night shift (8:00 p.m. – 4:00 a.m.) Remuneration: S/ 500 per week Main responsibilities: \* Assist masons and construction crew with construction tasks. \* Load, unload, and transport materials and tools. \* Prepare mixtures (cement, sand, concrete). \* Clean and organize the worksite. \* Support infrastructure maintenance and adaptation activities. \* Strict compliance with airport safety regulations and procedures. Requirements: \* Minimum 6 months of experience in construction projects (preferred). \* Availability for night shifts and flexible hours. \* Good physical condition and willingness to perform operational tasks. \* Proactive attitude, responsibility, and teamwork skills. \* Ability to follow instructions from technical staff.
