We are constantly growing and seeking a Junior Digital Content Manager with a creative focus and strategic vision for social media. **WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?** **Education** * Graduate in Communication Sciences, Advertising, Marketing, or related fields. * Technical experience and skills: 1–2 years of experience in content creation and social media management (corporate or freelance). * Social media proficiency: Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok. * Design tool proficiency: Photoshop, Illustrator, and/or Canva. * Video editing using CapCut, Premiere, or similar software. * Basic knowledge of metrics, KPIs, and content performance. * Creativity, organization, and ability to adapt to multiple brands. **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES** * Content * Plan, create, and schedule social media content. * Develop graphic and audiovisual assets. * Cover events and brand activations. * Social Media and Community Management: respond to messages and comments. * Maintain communication aligned with each brand’s tone. * Strategy and Analysis * Support execution of digital campaigns and advertising placements. * Monitor metrics and results. * Research digital trends and conduct competitor benchmarking. * Coordinate with internal departments to ensure content consistency. **KEY REQUIREMENTS** * Flexible schedule for event coverage (occasionally on weekends). **WHAT DO WE OFFER?** ✅ Compensation: S/ 1,500 per month ✅ Formal employment registration ✅ Hybrid work model (4 days onsite in Comas + 2 remote days) ✅ Meals provided on onsite days ✅ Participation in multi-brand projects ✅ Professional growth within the corporate group ✅ Collaborative and creative environment ✅ Strong portfolio in restaurants, retail, and entertainment sectors Employment type: Full-time Salary: Starting at S/.1,500.00 per month Workplace: Onsite employment
