Key Responsibilities * Prepare dishes according to LongHorn’s recipes and quality standards. * Perform mise en place and ensure proper stock levels at your station. * Maintain order, cleanliness, and hygiene in the work area. * Monitor correct handling and storage of food items. * Comply with food safety and sanitation procedures.
