Job Summary: NETaxion is seeking a Senior Cybersecurity Specialist to plan, coordinate, and provide expert support for information security and cybersecurity initiatives, manage projects, and report on progress. We are currently seeking a **Cybersecurity Specialist** with the following profile: **Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree or higher in Systems Engineering, Software Engineering, Telecommunications, Cybersecurity, or a related field. * Minimum 5 years of experience as a senior Information Security or Cybersecurity Specialist. * Experience in mining technology (Desirable) * Completion of information security/cybersecurity courses or certifications (e.g., ISO 27001 Lead Implementer, CISM, CISSP, others) * Specialized training: Security Architecture, Security Operations, NIST, CIS Controls. * Familiarity with frameworks: ISO 27001, NIST, CIS, and Cybersecurity and Data Privacy Management **Responsibilities:** * Plan and align with the client’s global security plan; identify gaps; identify and prioritize initiatives and projects; estimate required resources; coordinate with relevant stakeholders and implementers. * Report on progress of activities, initiatives, and projects related to information security and cybersecurity. * Estimate resources required for execution of the cybersecurity plan and related projects. * Provide expert support and guidance for cybersecurity-related inquiries: vulnerability management, security incident management, business continuity plan management, risk management and control implementation, and deployment of cybersecurity solutions and tools. * Weekly cybersecurity activity reporting; monthly reporting on OT server vulnerabilities. * Prepare tracking reports for the client’s 2026 Cybersecurity Plan activities. **Benefits** * Formal employment under Peru’s general labor regime, including all statutory benefits from day one. * 100% remote work. * 100% EPS health insurance coverage for the employee. * Pleasant working environment. * Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
