Proactive, dynamic staff with vocation and leadership A leading company with nearly 30 years of experience in the marketing and distribution of fast-moving consumer goods is seeking a DISTRIBUTION ASSISTANT with fieldwork experience. RESPONSIBILITIES: Report arrival to immediate supervisor to be assigned to transport units as required. Ensure goods provided by the Warehouse Department are complete and in perfect condition. Verify that the assigned vehicle has a secure, closed, and well-maintained cash box before departing on route. Maintain care of all parts of the assigned vehicle and tools provided by the Company. Deliver goods accurately according to sales documents and collect payment. Ensure customers sign acceptance confirmation with their national ID (DNI) for delivered goods. Inform the driver and/or Distribution Manager of any occurrences or incidents encountered during the route. Prohibit informal personal agreements or coordination with other departments; reporting such actions to the immediate supervisor is mandatory. Report unethical practices immediately to the immediate supervisor or competent department. Collect payments for assigned invoices and formally hand over collected funds to the settlement officer. Return all rejected goods in full to the Warehouse Department for validation. Verify at the end of the daily shift that no goods remain in the vehicle; if any are found, they must be delivered to the Warehouse Department for proper registration.
