REQUIREMENTS • University student majoring in Marketing or related fields (9th or 10th cycle) • Analytical ability to interpret digital campaign data and metrics • Basic knowledge of key performance indicators (KPIs) and digital marketing metrics • Experience in market research, competitor analysis, and benchmarking • Proficiency with digital tools and social media platforms • Creativity, proactivity, and responsibility in achieving objectives PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES • Support planning and execution of digital campaigns • Monitor and analyze metrics and KPIs, generating reports to support decision-making • Conduct market research and competitor analysis (benchmarking) • Collaborate on content creation for social media and other digital platforms • Participate in brand activations (BTL) and promotional events • Support implementation and tracking of digital marketing strategies.
