(APPLICATIONS NOT MEETING THE REQUIREMENTS WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED) MINIMUM AGE: 25 years old EXPERIENCE: 1 year **SPECIFIC SKILLS:** \- Sales technique proficiency \- Knowledge of products and services in the wellness and aesthetics sector \- Handling objections during the sales process \- B2C sales closing \- Use of commercial software \- Social media and design skills \- Personalized customer consultation \- Managing promotions and offers \- Continuous creativity capability **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:** \- Provide courteous and professional information to customers contacting via phone or social media. \- Identify customer needs, recommend the most suitable services and products, prepare sales quotations, and maintain corresponding records for each. \- Apply consultative selling, upselling, and cross-selling techniques to maximize the value of each transaction. \- Conduct post-sale follow-up to evaluate customer experience and foster loyalty. \- Actively participate in promotional campaigns on Meta and promote special events. \- Prepare weekly or monthly commercial reports to assess goal achievement. \- Maintain business relationships with strategic partners (hotels, gyms, influencers, etc.). \- Attend external events to promote spa services. \- Attend internal and external training sessions to enhance commercial skills and knowledge of spa treatments.
