Work environment that fosters continuous learning with AI. **Full-Stack Developer (PHP / React / Laravel) – AI Agent Specialist** We are looking for a Software Engineer or Full-Stack Developer who is highly responsive, proactive, and solution-oriented to implement, deploy, and maintain our suite of SaaS projects (management platforms, automation tools, and digital solutions currently scaling). The role aims to optimize development time and incident resolution by integrating traditional methodologies with the most advanced AI tools available in the market. **Technical Requirements and Profile** **AI Agent Usage:** Antigravity, Claude, Opencode, Kilo. We have no objection to using AI for programming, but responsible vibecoding is required. * **Backend & Frameworks:** Advanced and demonstrable proficiency in **PHP** and **Laravel** (mandatory), including the framework’s advanced ecosystem (Jobs, Queues, Events, Webhooks, and RESTful API design). * **Frontend:** Solid experience with **JavaScript**, **React**, and modern styling tools (e.g., Tailwind CSS). * **Databases & Caching:** Management, optimization, and modeling in **MySQL** / **PostgreSQL**, as well as use of in-memory caching systems such as **Redis**. * **DevOps & Infrastructure:** Server configuration and administration using **Nginx**, containerization with **Docker**, and deployment in Cloud environments (VPS/GPU instance management). Experience with version control (**Git** / GitHub). * **AI-First Methodology:** Advanced use of AI-based development agents (*Cursor, GitHub Copilot, Cline, Claude*, Antigravity) to maximize delivery speed, debugging efficiency, and ultra-efficient yet conscious, critical, and structured code generation. * **Problem-Solving Ability:** Skill to independently diagnose incidents, intervene in code, and apply effective fixes in production environments within record time. * **Continuous Learning:** Technical adaptability to work with evolving AI infrastructures and technologies. **Position Conditions** * **Hybrid Work Model:** Goal-oriented flexibility.
