




Job Summary: We are seeking an organized Human Resources Assistant with strong attention to detail to manage administrative HR processes and propose improvements. Key Responsibilities: 1. We are looking for an ORGANIZED HUMAN RESOURCES ASSISTANT with high attention to detail, capable of managing administrative HR processes and proposing improvements. Main Responsibilities: Manage employment documentation (contracts, hires, terminations, and personnel files) Record and monitor payroll incidents (timesheets, vacations, etc.) Maintain updated and organized departmental files and propose improvements Provide support in recruitment and selection processes Assist with onboarding and offboarding of staff (basic orientation and monitoring of hires/terminations) What Profile Are We Looking For?
