Position Summary: A leading perfumery franchise is seeking an Inventory Manager to lead the team, manage internal operations, and optimize inventory control. Key Highlights: 1. A leading Mexican perfumery franchise with 23 stores nationwide is currently seeking new talent eager to join its organization in the role of: INVENTORY MANAGER for our team: What qualifications should you have for this position? - Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related fields - ERP system proficiency (preferably Odoo, PMM, or similar) - Intermediate or advanced Excel and Power BI skills - Knowledge of BPM, BPA, traceability, batch management, FIFO/FEFO - Minimum 3 years of inventory management experience (PREFERRED IN RETAIL) Responsibilities: - Lead the Inventory Control Team at Distribution Centers (DCs) and Stores - Develop daily operational dashboards for DCs and Stores, and track pending items related to transfers, returns, discrepancies, and missing locations - Coordinate and execute comprehensive inventories, analyze results, and perform accounting entries - Manage internal operations: conduct weekly and/or monthly cycle counts, create merchandise records, manage shrinkage, unknown losses, and discrepancies - Identify and resolve systemic distortions through data analysis to ensure physical inventory accuracy versus system records - Manage return processes with suppliers and reverse logistics between DCs and Stores - Design and analyze key control KPIs such as ERI, ERU, known and unknown shrinkage, % Audited/Transferred, % Obsolete and Overstock, to facilitate data-driven decision-making - Perform other tasks assigned by your immediate supervisor Benefits: - Biweekly payments - Short-term professional growth opportunities - Corporate discounts - Positive work environment - Health insurance (EPS) WE LOOK FORWARD TO WELCOMING YOU! -Requirements- Minimum education: University degree 5 years of experience Age: between 30 and 50 years Keywords: leader, manager, head, manager, director, chief, lead, leadership, supervisor
