Opportunities for career advancement based on performance and sales We are HUMANTA Restaurant & Bio Market, a project aimed at promoting responsible consumption, fair trade, and solidarity economy, integrating products from small producers and cooperatives across different regions of Peru. We are currently looking for enthusiastic individuals eager to grow and take on the role of Kitchen Assistant with bakery experience. What Are We Looking For? Candidates residing in Jesús María or nearby areas within a maximum one-hour commute. Applicants who do not meet this requirement are kindly requested not to apply. Minimum 6 months of experience in restaurants, cafés, or health food stores. Bakery/pastry knowledge (mandatory). Age between 20 and 40 years. Ability to work under pressure and as part of a team. Strong verbal communication skills to promote natural products. Basic knowledge required. Availability to work in Jesús María, near the Niño Hospital. Main Responsibilities: \- Cleaning and organizing your work area \- Daily mise en place, preparation of desserts, beverages, and à la carte dishes. \- Conduct weekly inventory of bio-market products. \- Assist at the cash register for meal/product payments. \- Support multifunctional tasks related to the business. Working Conditions: Work Schedule: Monday to Saturday, 5 hours per day. Weekly Day Off: One fixed day per week. Pleasant work environment.
