Job Summary: Pastipan S.A., a Peruvian company with over 20 years in baking and pastry, is seeking a Kitchen Assistant to support the preparation and production of supplies. Key Responsibilities: 1. We are currently seeking: **KITCHEN ASSISTANT / INDUSTRIAL PLANT / SAN LUIS** **WHAT WE OFFER:** * Formal employment registration from day one under the General Regime (CTS, bonuses, vacation, and family allowance) * Salary S/ 1250.00 + fixed transportation allowance S/235.00 * Timely bi-weekly and end-of-month payments * Night shift bonus (if working night shifts) * **Profit-sharing.** * Corporate discounts on company products. * Career development path and positive work environment. **YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Assist in preparing supplies and condiments for various production lines * Collaborate in preparing and supplying materials for different kitchen and production areas. * Verify proper storage and preservation of raw materials and finished products. * Comply with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). * Maintain order, cleanliness, and disinfection of your work area upon completion of duties. * Perform other tasks as assigned by your immediate supervisor. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Technical studies in Gastronomy, either incomplete or completed. * Availability to work **Monday through Sunday with one rotating day off per week**, during the following shifts: * **Monday to Friday:** 7:00 a.m. to 3:45 p.m. * **Saturdays and/or Sundays:** 9:00 p.m. to 5:45 a.m., according to schedule. * Availability to work at our production plant located in **San Luis**, reference: Arco de San Luis. **Apply now and become part of our great family!** Salary: S/.1,130.00 – S/.1,250.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
