Position Summary: We are seeking a Head of Logistics and Operations to lead the integrated management of the supply chain, optimizing resources and ensuring operational continuity. Key Highlights: 1. Head of Logistics and Operations At Grupo Isamisa, we are looking for a Head of Logistics and Operations to lead the integrated management of the supply chain, ensuring operational efficiency, resource optimization, and continuity of operations across our various business units. Main Responsibilities: Lead the integrated management of Procurement, Warehousing, Transportation, and Maintenance, ensuring operational continuity and achievement of corporate objectives. Optimize inventory levels by monitoring turnover ratios, valuation, shrinkage, logistics costs, and FIFO compliance. Manage and strengthen relationships with strategic suppliers, leading qualification and negotiation processes focused on value creation. Oversee planning and execution of distribution and transportation, ensuring timely, safe, and efficient deliveries. Lead preventive and corrective maintenance of infrastructure, equipment, machinery, fleet, and organizational assets. Design, implement, and monitor management indicators (KPIs) aimed at continuous improvement, operational efficiency, and cost control. Actively participate in strategic and budgetary planning for areas under responsibility. Coordinate cross-functionally with Production, Commercial, Quality, Administration, and other key departments to ensure supply chain integration. Drive optimization, transformation, and continuous improvement projects for logistics and operational processes. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. Minimum 5–8 years of experience leading Logistics, Supply Chain, or Operations departments. Experience in warehouse management, transportation, procurement, maintenance, and inventory control. Advanced ERP system proficiency. Advanced Power BI proficiency. Intermediate or higher Microsoft Office proficiency. Experience managing KPIs, budgets, and operational cost optimization. Competencies: Strategic leadership. Negotiation and influence capabilities.
