Ensure portfolio health and retain as many customers as possible within the designated segment. Requirements: * Professional technician in electricity, electronics, or refrigeration, or related technical fields. * Two years of experience in infrastructure maintenance, residential electricity, refrigeration, plumbing, carpentry, etc. * Availability to occasionally work night shifts during store implementations is desirable. * Availability to work Monday to Friday from 9 AM to 6 PM, and Saturdays from 9 AM to 1 PM. Responsibilities: * Diagnose faults and repair electronic and electrical circuits, including analog and digital components. * Perform preventive maintenance on air conditioners and air curtains to ensure proper operation of stores and offices. * Carry out corrective maintenance on illuminated advertising billboards in stores and offices. * Knowledge of CCTV (closed-circuit television) configuration and installation, and magnetic detection antennas.
