Key Responsibilities: Lead the development and execution of strategic marketing plans for various business units. Manage the annual marketing budget, ensuring investment efficiency and achievement of commercial objectives. Analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and commercial performance to identify growth opportunities. Oversee demand and sales forecasts, proposing corrective actions and optimization strategies. Lead the development and enhancement of commercial management tools and customer relationship management (CRM). Design and implement positioning, customer loyalty, and market expansion strategies. Lead new product launches, commercial channel initiatives, franchise rollouts, and new business unit developments. Coordinate cross-functionally with Sales, Operations, and Executive Management to ensure alignment of strategic objectives. Present management indicators, results, and improvement proposals to senior management. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. Minimum 3–5 years of leadership experience in Marketing or Commercial Development roles. Knowledge of strategic planning, brand management, CRM, business intelligence, and market analysis. Experience in budget management, KPIs, and commercial strategy development. Proficiency in data analysis tools and digital marketing platforms. Competencies: Leadership and influence.
